Grant Proposal Writing – “If you don’t have time to dedicate to grant writing, call Academic and Business Designs”.  We provide top quality, affordable grant proposal writing services individualized to address the programming goals of your organization. 

Ì     Our Full-service Grant Writing – includes complete proposal development with all the necessary budget pages, forms, and attachments. Our grant proposals are originally and professionally written to match your organization’s funding and programming needs, as well as the RFP criteria.

Ì     Certified Grant Writers – All of our grant writers are certified by the American Grant Writers Association.  They are former Executive Directors and School Administrators who have a minimum of ten years grant writing experience.  We conduct planning meetings with your staff to learn about your general program vision and to identify program goals and activities so that grant dollars and your programs are matched to produce quality solutions.

Ì     Logic Model Evaluation System – We set up a comprehensive outcome evaluation system so that the impact of the grant and its related services are assessed.  We include implementation planning in our evaluations to ensure your staff is informed of its obligations and deadlines under the terms of the grant.  Our process evaluation systems ensure that your staff is well prepared for audits and grantor reviews.

Fee ranges from $500 to $3,500 per grant depending on the length of the narrative and budget.   

Letter Writing – Our design professionals will Answer RFPs and write letters of inquiry/mini-proposals to introduce your organization and project to agencies/foundations.   Many foundations and other private funding sources require a two-page mini-proposal in the form of a letter as the first contact with your organization.  If your project interests the Foundation they will follow up with application instructions and an invitation to submit a full proposal. 

Fee $500 – Includes letter composition, distribution, and follow up with 5 -7 agencies/foundations.

Proposal Editing and Review Services – “Need an extra set of eyes to give your proposal that cutting edge?  Call Academic and Business Designs.”  Our grant writers perform a comprehensive, technical, review and editing of your grant proposal prior to submission.
